Burns Night at The Surprise

Join us at The Surprise as we celebrate Burns Night with a full week of Scottish-inspired specials, running from Monday 19th through to Sunday 25th January – with Burns Night itself falling on the Sunday, we will have specials all week alongside our seasonal A la Carte & roast menus.

We’ll be serving a line-up of comforting classics and seasonal dishes in honour of the great Robert Burns, including traditional haggis with all the trimmings, beautifully cooked Aberdeen Angus beef, and indulgent Scottish cranachan.

To complete the occasion, our bar team will be shaking and stirring a wee menu of whisky cocktails – the perfect way to toast the poet himself.

Whether you’re joining us for a cosy supper, a dram (or two), or for the full Burns Night experience on Wednesday 21st of January when we welcome Jamie Kelly on the bag-pipes, it’s always a lovely week of great food, good cheer, and a warm welcome.
