Bank Holiday Specials

To book-end a brilliant Flower Show week, we’re keeping the celebrations going across the Late May Bank Holiday weekend at The Surprise.

By popular demand, our much-loved classic garlic baked Cornish lobster will remain on specials throughout the weekend, alongside a selection of seasonal dishes perfect for long lunches and sunny afternoons.

To start, confit baby courgette, Isle of Wight tomatoes, yellow carrots, pea shoots, watercress and celeriac with a French mustard dressing, before moving on to our half baked garlic Cornish lobster served with mixed leaf salad and fries. *Whole lobster will also be available for those looking to properly indulge.

To finish, enjoy a Sicilian lemon posset with strawberry coulis and shortbread crumb.

Expect cocktails in the sunshine, bustling lunches, long afternoons and a very lively Bank Holiday weekend at The Surprise.

All day service: 12–8:30pm
