Highlights include our Venison & Chocolate Pie, a combination of wild Highland venison and Valrhona chocolate; the luxurious Truffle Mushroom Pie with a Parmesan puff pastry crust; and a seasonal Spring time Somerset Lamb Shoulder Pie, slow-cooked with harissa.
